Circuits
I really enjoyed circuit training yesterday, and my muscles haven’t suffered too much either. It’s not on next Monday, but I can’t wait for Thursday. My friend let me borrow her Just Dance 2 game. I prefer it to Just Dance, the original, and I played on it for like an hour today. It’s good fun :)

Over-exercised
Yesterday, I should have let myself rest, but I decided to do a little routine a made up myself with sit ups, press ups etc. Today, I can barely walk down the stairs, my legs ache so much, as does my hips, stomach and arms.  I’m hoping I’ll be okay by tomorrow because I have gym and circuit training. Exercise for today = Done :) I’ve done loads of sit ups, press ups, star jumps etc, for like 50 mins.  I’ve got P.E at school tomorrow, but other than that, I’m going to relax. I’ve got circuit training again on Thursday. Woo!
